Welcome to Túi AI. By downloading, installing, or using the Túi AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the application.

1. "As-Is" Service Nature

The Túi AI application and its features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the application's uptime, error-free execution, fitness for a particular purpose, or hardware compatibility across all Android devices.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Responses, outputs, and text generated by local models running on your device are produced via probabilistic machine learning algorithms. They may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, hallucinations, or incomplete context.
• Content generated by Túi AI is intended solely for personal informational and creative reference. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
• You retain sole responsibility for evaluating and verifying the truthfulness, safety, and suitability of any AI-generated output before acting upon it. We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated responses.

3. Third-Party Open Source Software & Models

Túi AI integrates and facilitates the download of open technologies and public model weights:

• llama.cpp inference engine: Distributed under the open-source MIT License.
• Language Model Weights: Curated models in the catalog (such as Qwen 3.5 by Alibaba Cloud and Gemma 4 by Google DeepMind) are provided under their respective open publisher licenses (e.g., Apache License 2.0).

By downloading and executing these models, you agree to respect and comply with all specific terms, conditions, and notices set forth in their respective open-source licenses.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Túi AI strictly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Refrain from generating, storing, or propagating unlawful material, hate speech, severe harassment, malicious code, or content inciting violence or illegal acts.
• Maintain proper security and backup of your personal hardware and device storage.

5. Modifications to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in software features or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised revision date. Your continued use of the application following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the application shall first be resolved through amicable good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
