This version does not store your data on servers

In this version, Túi AI does not store user conversation data on servers. Conversations, message history, and settings are stored in the app's local SQLite database; downloaded model files are separate files in the app's sandboxed storage on your device. Consequently, you do not need to submit a server-side data deletion request to us; you can manage and delete your data directly on your device.

Method 1: Delete conversations and settings within the app

The fastest way to reset the app to a fresh state:

Open the Túi AI app on your Android device and go to Settings (Cài đặt).
In the Data (Dữ liệu) group, choose Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu ứng dụng (delete all app data: every conversation and all settings). To delete only the history and keep your settings, choose Xóa toàn bộ cuộc trò chuyện (delete all conversations).
The app asks for a two-step confirmation to prevent accidents: at "Bước 1/2" (step 1/2) tap Tiếp tục (continue); at "Bước 2/2" (step 2/2) tap Xóa sạch tất cả (or Xóa vĩnh viễn when deleting conversations).

Once confirmed, the corresponding data in the local SQLite database is erased from your phone and cannot be recovered. This action does not remove downloaded model files; see Method 3 to reclaim that storage.

Method 2: Delete individual conversations

If you only want to remove specific chats:

Open the Lịch sử cuộc trò chuyện (conversation history) screen in Túi AI.
Locate the conversation you wish to remove.
Tap the Tùy chọn (options) icon, shown as three dots next to the conversation, and select Xóa (delete).
In the "Xóa cuộc trò chuyện?" dialog, tap Xóa to permanently remove that conversation.

Method 3: Remove AI model files to free up storage

Model files range from about 1.3 GB to nearly 3 GB. To reclaim storage without affecting your conversation history:

Go to Settings → Quản lý mô hình (model management).
On the downloaded model, choose Xóa khỏi máy (remove from device) and confirm in the "Xóa mô hình khỏi máy?" dialog.
The model file is erased from device storage; you can download it again at any time. The app does not allow removing a model that is loading or in use.

Method 4: Clear Storage or Uninstall via Android Settings

You can also use standard Android operating system controls:

Clear App Storage: Open Android Settings → Apps → Túi AI → Storage & cache → Clear storage.
Uninstall the app: Long-press the Túi AI icon on your home screen → select Uninstall. Android will completely clean up the app's sandboxed storage and database.

A note on backups

Túi AI turns off Android backup and excludes its data from both cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so there is no copy of Túi AI data in your Google Drive to delete. In return, data you delete or lose by uninstalling the app cannot be recovered.
